Michael Taylor - Owner
After earning his degree in industrial technologies, Michael recognized a growing need for reliable and skilled HVAC technicians in his community. Never one to back down from a challenge, he jumped in with determination and quickly proved that there's no problem he can’t solve. Over the past 10 years, Michael has dedicated himself to mastering the HVAC trade. Now a licensed professional, he not only brings expertise to every job but has also passed his knowledge on to others ensuring the next generation carries on his commitment to quality and service. With a strong foundation in the field and a passion for helping others, Michael partnered with his son in law to launch Target Temp.
AJ Harmon - Owner
Introduced to the HVAC industry by his father, AJ spent his college summers installing systems and gaining hands-on experience. After earning a degree in Construction Management and an MBA from Appalachian State University, continuing the family tradition felt like a natural next step. Over the past 15 years, AJ has immersed himself in the industry, earned his license, and built a deep understanding of both the technical and business sides of the trade. With a passion for excellence and a vision for dependable service, he and Micheal combined their experience and education to launch Target Temp.
Hannah Harmon - Admin
Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and heart to the Target Temp team. With a strong background in operations and customer service, she plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed — and always with a smile — Hannah is the steady, friendly presence that helps make both the team and customer experience seamless.
